I have a slight obsession with subscription boxes. Theres something about having a fun box arrive at your home and you being surprised with its contents – especially if that box is curated by a style icon.

Box of Style by The Zoe Report is a seasonal subscription box curated by The Zoe Report Editor-in-Chief, Rachel Zoe and her team of editors. This subscription box ships out 4 times a year and contains an assortment of at least 5 full-sized fashion, beauty and lifestyle products that can be styled together or worn on their own!

I am absolutely in love with the Summer Box of Style! All the items are travel friendly and the beauty products are made with natural ingredients. The Compass Necklace is one of my favorite items in this box. It was handmade in Cambodia and 10% of the profits are donated toward the fight against human trafficking.

Swimsuit season is here! To be completely honest, I have never been 100% comfortable in a bikini. I look back to my teen years and early 20’s and my now (almost) 32 year old self is like what?! I would give anything to have that rockin’ bod back. My son is almost 2 and I still have a few extra pounds lingering so to say I dread putting on a bathing suit would be an understatement. I’m all about women empowerment and loving ourselves as we are and so I wanted to put together a list of swimsuits that would look SMOKING HOT on us ladies that are carrying a little extra love.

  1. L*Space | Haley Top ($79) + Brooklyn Bottoms ($99)
  2. Rachel Roy | Tribal Sands V-Neck ($118)

  5. Rachel Roy | Strappy One Piece ($106)
  6. Kenneth Cole | Embroidered High Neck Top ($43) + High Waist Bottoms ($37)

It’s finally starting to feel like Spring over here in New Jersey and I have to say…. I. AM. LOVING. IT! We all know that when the seasons change we are constantly having to switch up our beauty routine and apparel. So I wanted to share with you guys some must have items for those Spring Days & Summer Nights.

Nad’s Sensitive Hair Removal Cream

IMG_5711

As the weather starts to heat up, we instantly start to pull out those LBD’s so making sure we have smooth (& hairless!) skin is a priority. I have sensitive skin so I am always extra careful about the products I use and that is exactly why I appreciate that Nad’s is formulated with natural extracts of melon, aloe vera, avocado oil and honey to soothe and protect sensitive skin. You simply apply the cream (do not exceed 10 minutes) then wipe off for quick and painless hair removal in as little as 4 minutes. Click HERE to purchase.

Bloom Mineral 4 Piece Beauty Essentials

IMG_5710

While skincare is important year round, I find myself taking extra steps during the Spring and Summer to make sure it stays cleansed and moisturized. I really love this 4 piece set from Bloom Mineral. It includes:

Purifying Mud Mask (1 oz.) | This mask is created with mud from the Dead Sea and is then mixed with olive oil, honey, fragrance and Aloe Vera extract. It cleans your impurities deep within as well as help keeps your skin soft and looking more refreshed.

Softening Cleansing Milk (1 oz.) | This product allows you to remove makeup and clean your face by using only natural moisturizers from Dead Sea minerals.

Moisture Shield (1 oz.) | Enriched with Dead Sea minerals, this product will allow moisture to flood your skin with hydration all day long.

Shielding Eye Cream (1 oz.) | This formula is made with vitamin E fruit extracts and Dead Sea minerals. It helps to control visible signs of aging, as well as tired signs around the eyes.

I’m no Fashionista, but I love Fashion…. and more than that, I love Paris. Before my first trip back in 2015 I was so worried when packing for my visit. I didn’t want to look like a typical tourist but I wanted to stay true to my sense of style. Luckily for me – Parisian style isn’t much different than my own. Here are a few style tips to keep in mind for your trip to the City of Light + Love.

  1. Keep it simple – simplicity, versatility and practicality are key to true Parisian style. Do not over accessorize.
  2. Flats are KEY – I think movies have jaded us to think that all Parisian women walk around in 5 inch stilettos everywhere and that is so far from the truth. Flats are key… especially for tourists. Paris has a lot of cobblestone and on top of that, most people walk A LOT during the day. Can you imagine doing that in heels? My last 2 trips I easily walked at least 10 miles EACH day.
  3. Blazers are a girls best friend – Putting on a blazer can instantly add a chic touch to any outfit. Everyone should have at least one classic blazer in their wardrobe and they are absolutely a staple for Parisian style. Throw on a pair of oxfords with it and you might pass off as a local 😉
  4. Relaxed Silhouettes – I noticed in my area (at least in NJ + NYC) form fitting clothes are what most women gravitate towards. Parisian style is slightly different. They appreciate flowy dresses and relaxed fit as well as tailored pieces vs. body con + overly baggy.
  5. All Black Everything! – Ok, maybe not everything lol Black + white hues are always trendy. I’m all about a pop of color from either your shoes or bag. Also think scarves! They are huge in Parisian style and can instantly add a pop of color and glam to your outfit.

Parisian style ultimately is about not being over or under dressed.

They are simply casual but at the same time elegant and carry a stylish confidence that is contagious. At the end of the day, staying true to your style is what is most important. If the tips above are ones you personally don’t prefer, go with your gut and wear what makes you feel beautiful and confident.

Beaucoup d’amour! xo
